TERMS OF SERVICE // AGREEMENT

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing The Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, disconnect immediately.
2. Limitation of Liability
VORK provides "Tactical Fashion" for aesthetic and everyday survival purposes. We are not liable for injuries sustained while performing parkour, urban exploration, or other high-risk activities while wearing our gear. Our "Bulletproof" vests are purely aesthetic unless explicitly stated otherwise with NIJ certification.
3. Intellectual Property
The "VORK" aesthetic, including the Void-Black dye process and the "Urban Glitch" patterns, are protected trade secrets. Unauthorized reproduction of our digital assets (Lore, Code, Designs) will result in a permanent ban.
4. Resale Policy
Operatives are permitted to resell Vork assets on the secondary market. However, The Network reserves the right to void warranties for second-hand gear. Scalping (>200% MSRP) is discouraged and may result in rank demotion.
5. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by: - Global pandemics - Cyber warfare - Supply chain collapse - Government seizure of "Tactical Assets"
